Shipping & Returns


Standard shipping within the United States is FREE (unless otherwise indicated). We use USPS First Class mail and ship from Philadelphia. We take about 1 day to process and pack orders and then depending on your location in the US, it gets deliverd in 2-3 days. 

We can ship to virtually any other address in the world from our US warehouse. Our discounted international shipping option is via USPS First Class International. We charge a flat-rate of $5.00 for this. Delivery time is normally 10-20 days but depending on the country where you are at, there may be random custom delays. We do not provide a shipping option with tracking numbers internationally as it is too expensive.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

EXTENDED WARRANTY for HOLIDAY PURCHASES: Regrets/exchanges/defects? We are extending our returns and exchanges policy from our typical 30 day period. All purchases made during the month of December 2013 will be eligible for returns or exchanges  as per the policy below upto Jan 31, 2014.


Returns are EASY! If you purchased from us directly at www.swypegear.com, you may return most new, unopened items with tags or in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that if you purchased your item through one our partners or resellers, you must follow their return/exchange policies. If still unsure, please email us. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you cannot find your login information, you can still return an item as long as you have the order number (we need to be able to find your original purchase so we can credit back the funds). When you mail back your return, please clearly indicate your order number along with contact information (email/phone). 

Returns must be mailed to the below address in the US (for returns from international locations, please email orders@swypegear.com). We recommend USPS First Class with tracking but please DO NOT ask for signature confirmation upon delivery as it will cause delays :

Defective SwypeGloves

Unfortunately, sometimes, defective items do slip through our quality control team, even though we try hard to catch them. If your SwypeGloves appear to have an issue such as a rip or hole due to an unraveling of the knit, we are very sorry and will gladly replace them within the first 30 days. All you need to do is email us at orders@swypegear.com with a picture showing the defect in your SwypeGloves along with your order ID. We will locate your shipping details from your earlier order and replace it as soon as possible. If you received this as a gift, please let us know and do make sure to include contact information and shipping details as well.


Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are EASY! If you purchased your item directly from us at www.swypegear.com, you may exchange most new, unopened items with tags within 30 days of delivery. We do not pay for you to ship the item to us but will pay for shipping the exchanged item. Please note that we may not be able to exchange items that are not in stock or may be delayed if the item is back-ordered. 

Please first login to your account and send us a message that you wish to process an exchange along with details of your exchange item (item name/sku/color/size, etc.). This is the fastest and most error-free way as we can locate your original order and address. If you are having issues logging in or cannot find your order number as you received SwypeGloves as a gift (lucky ducky), please send us a written note with the same details in your package along with return shipping address and contact information (email/phone number). 

Next, please mail your exchange item to the below address in the US (for NZ/Aus returns, please email orders@swypegear.com). We recommend USPS First Class with tracking but please DO NOT ask for signature confirmation upon delivery as it will cause delays :
